Computer Network Vulnerability Assessment Program
The Australian Government has set up the Computer Network Vulnerability Assessment (CNVA) Program to help organisations that own or manage critical infrastructure test the security of their computer networks and systems.
The CNVA program gives dollar-for-dollar funding to eligible organisations from the private sector or government business enterprises to conduct vulnerability assessments.
The program is managed by GovCERT.au—the Australian Government Computer Emergency Readiness Team—which is part of the Attorney-General’s Department.
Funding rounds
The closing date for applications under the ninth round of funding has been extended to 23 January 2009. Late applications will be accepted at the Attorney-General's discretion.
